Payee Reports

There's no standalone payee report — here's where a payee's numbers actually show up

There's still no separate "payee report" to generate on its own — that hasn't changed. What's changed is where a payee's numbers actually show up, now that reporting no longer works in tabs. A given payee's pay data lives in four different places depending on what you're trying to see, plus a fifth if you're looking for their pay stubs specifically.

Where a payee's numbers live

WhereScopeFind it
Payroll registerThat payee's line on one specific run — gross, deductions, taxes, net, payment method, check numberPayroll Reports
Consolidated register, Per payee tableThat payee's totals rolled up across every paid run in a date range you choose, with a Corrections column if an amendment touched themCompany Reports
1099 filing previewThat payee's NEC/MISC totals and filing status for one calendar year, if they had 1099-reportable payCompany Reports
Payment historyEvery payroll line that payee has ever had, across every run, with a link straight to each runOn the payee's own detail page — see Role & Pay

The first three are on the Reports page and covered in detail on their own pages, linked above. The fourth isn't a "report" in the Reports-page sense at all — it's a section on the payee's own record, and it's the one place that shows a payee's full run-by-run history in one place with a way to click through to any of those runs. None of the Reports-page tables let you click through like that.

Pay stubs

Pay stubs are self-service, not something a manager generates from the Reports page. A payee sees their own pay stubs — newest first, with a link into the detail of each one — by signing into their own Greenroom portal account. There's no equivalent list or print action for a manager to pull a payee's pay stub on their behalf from the admin side of the product.

If a payee can't access their portal and needs a copy of a pay stub, that's a support conversation rather than something to generate from Reports today.
